At the same time, 80% of the storage capacity is still reserved after 300 charges, which is very close to the performance of lithium-ion batteries used in current portable electronic products. The company also said that the technology can be easily integrated into existing battery manufacturing technologies.

SolidEnergy plans to launch the first portable electronic product using this battery technology in 2016 and plans to introduce the relevant models for electric vehicles.
