How to prevent Lithium Battery pack explosion?

In this structure, the flame retardant is packaged inside a polymer protective shell to prevent the flame retardant from dissolving directly into the electrolyte, thereby negatively affecting the battery performance. When the heat inside the Lithium Polymer Battery, pack is too high, the battery protective shell will dissolve due to high temperature, releasing flame retardants, which effectively inhibits the combustion of highly flammable electrolyte.

1. Use the original charger: The charging time is the high incidence of lithium-ion battery pack explosion. Original chargers are better at keeping batteries safe than compatible chargers.

2. Use reliable Lithium Iron Phosphate Battery: try to buy original batteries or well-known brand batteries in the market, such as lithium-ion batteries, do not buy second-hand or parallel goods to save money, such batteries may be repaired, not as reliable as the original batteries.
