The temperature of the electrolyte has a great influence on the capacity of the battery. When the ambient temperature decreases by 1°C, the capacity decreases by approximately 1% to 2%. To increase the density of the electrolyte, the vehicle can be parked indoors, or the battery can be removed and moved into the room above 0°C; if the battery is not removed from the car, a double-layered thermobox can be made of wood and 20mm in the sandwich.
