Insufficient charging time will cause the UPS battery to be undercharged. At this time, the actual available capacity of the UPS battery is much lower than the nominal capacity of the UPS battery. For some UPS power supplies, when the mains voltage is lower than 200V, it is impossible to saturate the UPS battery with the charging circuit inside the UPS power supply.

3. Some users use the method of reducing the actual load power of the UPS or increasing the battery capacity to extend the discharge time of the battery.

4. When the UPS battery encounters one of the following conditions during use, in order to revive the chargeable and discharge characteristics of the UPS battery, a balanced charging method should be used to solve the problem. For a sinusoidal output UPS, when the load is less than 30% of the rated output power of the UPS, its output voltage waveform distortion factor will increase slightly. Practice has proved that for most UPS power supplies, it is the best way to control the load within 30% to 60% of the rated output power of the UPS. 6. If the user uses a small diesel generator to supply power during the power outage of the mains, because the internal resistance of the diesel generator is much larger than the internal resistance of the mains grid, it may cause the backup UPS to be powered by the mains. When the diesel engine is powered, the output voltage value of the AC stabilized voltage line of the UPS power supply has a large difference. In this case, the user should readjust the AC voltage regulation operating point of the UPS power supply.

7. For the backup UPS power supply with square wave output, the conversion time of the mains power supply (2) inverter power supply is about 4~9ms.
